 Fitted with roller conveyor and barrel positioning device for automatic barrel alignment to support continuous production-line operation. The electric control box on the right side is equipped with touch display screen. Parameter setting, filling monitoring and fault troubleshooting can be completed with one-click operation, easy to master and cutting labor costs.

The single-head filling structure flexibly meets medium-and-small-batch production for large-size barrels. Parameters can be quickly adjusted according to barrel types and material features for convenient format change, ideal for multi-product and multi-specification filling scenarios.

Independent R&D & Custom Drawing Design

All CAD and 3D assembly drawings of the complete machine are originally designed and drawn in‑house by our full‑time mechanical design engineers, with no outsourced drafting to third parties.

We adhere to one solution per machine and one new drawing per order. We never simply modify dimensions or parameters on existing finished drawings for reuse.

For every single machine, structural calculation, station layout and full‑dimension drawing will be redeveloped according to the customer’s product specifications, material properties, required output and actual workshop conditions.
