This integrated automatic line combines strip filling, screw capping and labeling processes. Our strip filling machine can produce beautiful vertical, spiral or wavy material patterns inside containers. After filling, the capping machine tightly screws caps, then the labeling machine finishes accurate label application. Each machine unit can work independently or run synchronously as a full line. We provide customized layout design according to customer’s workshop space, bottle size and output requirement. Features: high consistency, low failure rate, convenient cleaning and maintenance. Suitable for food paste, seasoning sauce and similar viscous products.
