Rotary Grease Cup Filling Capping & Sealing Machine
Our rotary grease cup filling, capping and sealing machine is an automatic integrated packaging solution for high-viscosity grease, lubricating paste and similar paste products.
Equipped with rotary indexing structure, the machine runs smoothly with stable operation and high production efficiency. It adopts servo filling system to achieve accurate quantitative filling, effectively preventing dripping and material waste.
This machine integrates multiple functions including automatic filling, capping and sealing. The labeling function is optional as required. Quick-change molds support different sizes and shapes of plastic cups and aluminum foil cups.
It is highly adaptable and can also be used for other paste materials besides lubricating grease. We support customized design according to customers’ production requirements, such as adjusting working stations, filling range and adding auxiliary devices.
Widely applied in the packaging of industrial lubricants, chemical pastes and other products. The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel as standard. For special corrosive materials, 316 stainless steel is available as an option. The equipment is easy to clean and maintain, meeting industrial production standards.
