Rotary Filling & Sealing Machine
The rotary filling and sealing machine uses a rotating turntable design, where cups, bowls, trays and other containers are indexed around the turntable through each station for automatic cup placing, filling, sealing, lid capping and date printing. Continuous turntable movement with parallel working stations delivers high-speed, continuous production with efficient throughput and a compact footprint. Dedicated molds can be tailored to containers of various diameters, shapes and sizes, with one machine running one or two specifications or supporting quick mold changeover for flexible multi-spec production.
It handles a wide range of materials including liquid, paste, granular, powder and irregular products, with optional automatic seasoning-packet and spoon placing functions. The line can be configured with automatic cup placing, filling, sealing, lid capping, date printing, labeling and metal detection stations, and can be linked with upstream and downstream equipment to form a complete automated production line — reducing labor while steadily increasing output in high-speed production.
